Stansted has a number of hotels in and around the airport. It only has one terminal, so the on-site hotels are accessible to all travellers, regardless of airline or destination.
Connected to the Terminal
You can easily walk from these hotels directly from the terminal building (click the names for further information):
Hampton by Hilton London Stansted (Tripadvisor) – This hotel is accessible via a five minute walk along a covered walkway from the terminal, past the train station. As one of only two walkable hotels at Stansted, it can be relatively expensive.
Radisson Blu Hotel, London Stansted Airport (Tripadvisor) – This hotel is also accessible via a five minute walk along a covered walkway from the terminal, on the other side from the Hilton. As the other of only two walkable hotels at Stansted, it can be expensive, but is often cheaper than the Hampton.
Shuttle Bus Available
These hotels have shuttle buses which will take you from the terminal building right to the hotel (click the names for further information):
Premier Inn London Stansted Airport (Tripadvisor) – A cheaper option, around 5 minutes’ drive from the terminal. A shuttle runs every 30 minutes (24/7) from bay 19 at the airport, for £4 per adult.
Holiday Inn Express London – Stansted Airport (Tripadvisor) – A mid-range hotel, served by the same 24/7 shuttle as the Premier Inn above.
Novotel London Stansted Airport (Tripadvisor) – This hotel has its own direct shuttle bus, which runs 22 hours per day (between 3am and 1am), every 30 minutes.
Other Options (Drive / Taxi)
You’ll need to make your own way to these hotels, via taxi or your own car (click the names for further information):
Ramada London Stansted M11 (Tripadvisor) – A 10 minute drive from the terminal and just off the M11, this hotel is often much cheaper than the other options above.
Days Inn London Stansted M11 (Tripadvisor) – Another cheaper option in a very similar location.
